About Me

I believe one of the most important factors that makes therapy effective is the relationship you have with your therapist. I aim to provide a warm and supportive environment, with the occasional touch of humor. A place where you feel heard and comfortable to dig into your emotions, thoughts, and concerns. My goal is to walk alongside you through the journey to meet yourself. As an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider, I strive to create an inclusive safe space where you can feel empowered to explore your identity and show up as your authentic self.

A Glimpse Into Sessions

I started my career working in a higher level of care setting, supporting individuals navigating disordered eating and body image concerns, an area that continues to be a focus of my clinical expertise. Through my work in private practice, I have discovered my passion for supporting individuals deepen their self-understanding, explore who they are, and build a more meaningful connection with themselves.
